What are some fun arts and crafts activities for 9-10 year olds?
I’m in Rhode Island right now at a volunteer camp, and I was assigned to a Boys and Girls Club to help the counselors there. They gave us an assignment that we have to come up with a short project for the kids to do. I have to have the idea by Thursday.

maybe go for a swim or hike

Make puppets out of household items (socks/fabric for the base, buttons, glitter, ribbon etc) then put on a play.

tie dye some old shirts or hats
play baseball with tomatoes
have a race type thing
take funny pictures
eggs in a spoon and see who can hold them the longest
